In this paper we introduce an approach for prognosis of mass transport in heterostructures during manufacturing of circuits of a downconversion mixer. The approach gives a possibility to take into account spatial and temporal variations of parameters of mass transport at one time. At the same time the approach gives a possibility to take into account nonlinearity of mass transport and analyze this process without cross linking of solutions on interfaces of heterostructures. Based on this approach, we formulate recommendations for optimization of technological process to decrease dimensions of elements of considered circuits and to increase their density. Using the approach gives us possibility to take into account mismatch-induced stress, which presents in any heterostructures, and porosity of materials of heterostructure. The porosity in our case gives a possibility to decrease the considered stress.
