Submission Guidelines

Papers published in the regular issues of International Journal of Advanced Science and Engineering (IJASE) are: Research Articles, Reviews Articles and Short Communications.

Papers must be submitted with authentication that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by any other journal or any other publishers. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring the co-authors approval for the article publication. The acknowledgment from the editorial office officially establishes the date of receipt. It is a condition for submission of a paper that the authors permit editing for readability.

The manuscripts are assigned to Peer Reviewers to evaluate the quality parameters of the paper. The peer reviewers are experts in the field concerned with vast experience and enormous knowledge in the subject taken for research publication. The peer reviewers are allowed to give their suggestions for the improvement of the quality found in the manuscript. The manuscripts are read by the reviewer's word by word. After careful reading, they evaluate various aspects of the manuscript the relevance of the research topic, novelty, aim and objectives, the methodology adopted, presentation quality, adherence to the ethical standards and the interpretation of the results. The authors will declare on their own responsibility that the article or parts of it were not published before in other journals. It is mandatory that the authors respect the Copyright Laws.

To combat plagiarism, the International Journal of Advanced Science and Engineering (IJASE) use Plagiarism Detection Software and have strict editorial policies in place. It is made mandatory for the authors to submit original work that has not been published elsewhere and properly cite any sources they have used. Editors and reviewers also play a crucial role in identifying and addressing potential instances of plagiarism during the peer-review process. Overall, promoting academic integrity and ethical conduct is essential in maintaining the credibility and trustworthiness of scientific research and publication.

The authors try to cite articles with DOI (digital object identifier); also add DOI for each reference if exist.

Please add at least 5 references from the last 2 years in order to highlight the novelty of your research work.

Please remove any citation from our Journal IJASE (if applicable). This practice is not allowed by the Editorial Board!
