This paper aims at developing an elaborate system for forest fire detection. Disasters are one of the most important and a common type is forest fire. This particular application is chosen to overcome the shortcomings of MODIS and Basic Wireless Sensor Network. To support for step-wise development and implementation of these as more sensors are added aside from the temperature sensor, they were broken down into five smaller separate components. It introduced a new operational model to identify forest fires and its zero models for wireless sensor networks using ZigBee, according to common practice. The approach has been designed to be as close to real time due the rapid nature of forest fires which leaves no scope for delay. This system has been implemented using three fire sensors. If anything is sensed by one of the sensors then water pump will activated at that moment and information transmitted to base station through zigbee. Developed and implemented an IoT-based Zigbee Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) for the smart forest fire alarm system. Every output parameter is tested Using ZigBee wireless communication technology; the system can be automatically defended and detected for flames. This approach allows Zigbee to meet the requirements of fire parameter value coverage and low power consumption while using easy-to-use air communication.
