In this present study ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized with and without Nigella sativa seed extract by using Microwave irradiation method. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and EDAX techniques. The results of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) predict crystalline nature and spherical shaped structure of the synthesized nanoparticles. The Functional groups of the synthesised nanoparticles are investigated through FT-IR spectroscopy. The Purity and morphological structure of the sample is analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Microscopy (EDAX). The Zinc Oxide nanoparticles will be useful for different applications including biosensors and pharmacological preparations.
