The photocatalytic response of the biosynthesized AgNPs from Pongamia pinnata, Psidium guajava and Carica papaya were studied. The performance of a photo decolorization reaction was determined by the quality and property of the photocatalyst. The photocatalytic activity of the synthesized AgNPs was examined by degradation of methylene blue under natural sunlight irradiation. The rate constant in photocatalytic degradation with respect to time, in the presence of AgNPs was evaluated. The green synthesized AgNPs effectively degraded the dye under the natural sunlight and evaluated at different exposure times
